How we work


Since these gowns are “one of’s” there are no holds, returns, or exchanges.  All sales are final.  You can bring up to 2 trusted friends/relatives to help you make your choice.  Due to the fact that the stock rotates, you should be prepared to purchase your gown that day if you see the gown of your dreams.  We do not offer alterations or cleaning but we can suggest places that you can take your gown to be fitted and cleaned.  Remember many of these are samples.

Q. Is your merchandise authentic?

A. Yes, our samples are acquired directly from the manufacturer when the gowns are discontinued or when the manufacturer has extra stock after the current season is over.  We also get our samples from bridal salons who want to sell their samples.

Q. How can we offer such discounted prices?

A. We buy our merchandise at discounted prices and are able to pass the savings on to our customers.

Q. Why do you allow only 2 people to accompany the bride?

A. We understand how important wedding dress shopping is in a woman's life. A group of people tend to confuse the wedding dress decision, that is why we suggest you bring only 1 or 2 of your most trusted advisors to help you make this all important decision. Also  due to the limited showroom space we have to limit the size of the brides party.  

Q. Why is each appointment only an hour?

A. Each bride is assigned a stylist to walk you through the collection and to help you narrow down your choice.  It usually takes about an hour.  It helps if you have already tried on gowns as it will be easier to know what you ultimately want in your dream dress.

Q. Can I return or exchange my purchase if I have changed my mind?

A. As an industry standard on bridal purchases all sales are final.

Q. Why shouldn't I make this my first stop?

A. We do not recommend that you make this your first stop in your search for the perfect dress. Since we only have samples and are not a traditional bridal store, we do not hold or order gowns. You should be prepared to make a decision. 

Q. What if I can't find my size?

A. It is important to make sure you let us know if you need a special size while you are making your appointment.  We have a range of sizes but keep in mind we get whatever is available from the manufacturer. Note about sizing:  Even if we don't have exactly your size you should try the gowns on.  Wedding gowns are sized differently than street clothing.  They are usually a size smaller, for example, if you are normally a size 8 in your street clothes you will most likely be a size 10 in wedding gowns.  Gowns can always be taken in from two sizes bigger or let out from one size too small but it depends on the style.  We do not offer alterations or cleaning.  Your stylist will recommend places that you can take to get your gown altered and/or cleaned.  Keep in mind these are just recommendations and you are free to use anyone of your choosing.  You should always retain a professional wedding gown seamstress to alter your dress as they know how to make a bustle and they understand a brides' needs.

There is a 3-4 day clearing process for checks.  Items are held until payment clears.
Checks that don't clear will be assessed a $50.00 processing fee.
